Diamonds

Temptation. Sometimes it’s fine to yield. I stumbled on a math problem while writing the entry for TGRWT #5 and I can’t solve it. What is the most efficient way to cut diamond shapes from a square?

what about changing the form of the backing dish.

M. you're right, a diamond shaped dish would make the cutting easier. I have no idea why baklava or kibbeh are cut into lozenges. Maybe if I took up pottery ...
